Let’s Talk Breastfeeding uses evidence- based medicine to empower mothers, parents and caregivers with the knowledge and strategies to overcome the often overwhelming challenges encountered during the breastfeeding journey.

Dr Kavita is a medical doctor who is passionate about maternal and infant health. She has spent over 15 years as a doctor. She worked in Paediatrics, before moving to General Practice. It was in the community that she was shocked to see the distress and lack of support for new parents.

She has helped and continues to help many parents navigate these early months. She is dedicated to improving antenatal breastfeeding & infant education to empower parents to make informed choices.
